Listen to the Music

Music is a huge part of my and Annica's life. There are times that she will put an "earworm" in my brain and it will, at the time, have no rhyme or reason. It is frequently a song that I've known all my life, but has never had any true significance to me.
It will also tend to be a song whose lyrics I have either all but ignored, or have never really known most of them, but maybe the chorus and a few lines. She will 'nag' me with this song for maybe WEEKS until I finally surrender and actually listen to it on YouTube or Spotify and will actually read the lyrics. It will always unfold a world of meaning and be very profound.
This happened a few weeks ago with the song "Listen to the Music" by The Doobie Brothers. The lyrics are meaningful to them mostly in the context of playing concerts for people and connecting with the audience and making them groove or feel happy.
The lyrics for Annica and I have a deeper, more personal meaning between she and I and are very Spiritual and apply not only to our everyday life and interactions, but also to what is happening cosmically and locally to the world and The Universe. We wanted to share it:
